AUTHOR GUIDELINES
- Paper Template: Papers should be written following the “IEEE conference template (A4 size)” and the guidelines therein.
- Author Blind Submission: For initial submission, author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s) should be excluded from the manuscript.
- Page limit: Manuscripts should not exceed 6 pages (additional charges apply for exceeding 6 pages, 100 USD for each additional page) including results, tables, figures, and references.
- File type and size: Author submission should be done through EasyChair. File size should not exceed 3 MB and should be uploaded as a single PDF file.
- Before submission: Before submitting the manuscript, authors are requested to read and follow the IEEE Policy on Plagiarism and IEEE Policy on Multiple Submission policies.
